The Tavern Puzzle is a reproduction of a type of puzzle traditionally forged by blacksmiths to amuse their friends at country taverns and inns. Keeping with tradition, a museum-trained blacksmith from Long Island has reproduced some of these antique designs as well as his own original designs. All puzzles are handmade, making each one a little different, and all of them unique.

Each puzzle is mechanical in nature; removal of the object piece does not rely on force or trickery. The collection is grouped into different levels of complexity. We list the puzzles below from the easiest to the most complex.

Tavern Puzzles are available by themelves shipped in their own cotton bag or with an attractive display stand and gift box.
