Knightlite Software will be accepting orders via our online store during the entire shutdown period and will provide immediate electronically delivery of software during the entire period.  Telephone ordering and support will be limited during this period.  If you can, emailing us will be your quickest route. Email is checked every 2 to 3 hours during the period from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Time. For support CLICK HERE.

If you need telephone support please call 1-800-707-9875 and leave voicemail.  We will get back to you as soon as possible. Please be patient.  At Knightlite we work 12 to 14 hours a day 7 days a week throughout the year.  The summer shutdown is not really a shut down, but rather a slow down.  We still are very dedicated in helping our customers, but it may be a little delayed.

Here is how it works.

If you are ordering computer software only:

Software ordered through our online store will be processed through our payment gateway, and you will receive two emails from us.  The first will be an order confirmation.  The second email will arrive a few minutes later, and will contain an attachment with instructions on how to download your order from our website. Open the attached file to see the instructions. The download version is identical to the copy you will receive by mail. Your software will be shipped out within 1 to 2 business days.

If you are ordering instructional DVDs only:

Instructional DVDs are not downloadable. We will ship your DVD order the next business day.

If you are ordering computer software and Instructional DVDs:

All software ordered on-line can be delivered electronically after your payment has been processed. That way you can use the software right away, before your disk arrives by mail.
