Our normal hours are Monday - Friday  8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Eastern Time - Plus Most weekends.

We are available most of the time on the weekends during the same hours.  If you get voice mail during the week or on the weekends, please leave a message.  Someone will return your call during the normal business hours.

Shipping:

Knightlite Software ships out all orders within 24 hours on regular business days.  Orders are shipped via US First Class Mail or Priority Mail.

Returns:

There are no returns on any software opened or unopened.  Knightlite Software has demo versions that you can try on your computer prior to purchase.  These demo programs are nearly fully operational and contain a sample of questions.  All sales are final on both software and DVDs.

Damaged or Defective Media:

If you receive a disk that has been damaged in shipping or is defective, please call us immediately at 1-888-899-0196 and we will arrange to ship you a new disk.  We will also provide you with a download for your software so you can use it immediately.

The Knightlite Online Store:

Get immediate electronic delivery of your software order when you order from our Knightlite Store.  Get 30 minute deliver when you order by phone during normal business hours.
